Your free waiting is counted from the moment the aircraft lands. The exact period for your booking is shown with the price before you pay and repeated on your confirmation.
Nothing mandatory is added at checkout, and nothing is collected at the barrier.
When you land
We ask for your flight number when you book and we watch the arrival. If the aircraft lands late, the pickup moves with it and your free waiting starts at the new landing time. You are not charged for the delay and the car is not sent away.
Before the pickup we send you the chauffeur’s first name, their private hire driver licence number, and the car’s registration, make, model and colour.
If the flight is diverted or cancelled, call us on 07887 478594 and we will move or cancel the booking under the policy it was made under.

How much is a car from Heathrow?

Do I pay the Heathrow drop-off charge?
No. The drop-off and pick-up charges Heathrow levies are inside the price we quote you. You will not be asked for them at the barrier and they will not appear on your receipt as an extra.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Cancel in your account. The refund is worked out from the version of the cancellation policy your booking was made under and shown to you before you confirm anything. To change a booking, use the "Request a change" link on it and we will reply.
