What these pages are, and what they are not
They are about arriving in London. We are a London chauffeur operator with one operating centre, in England, and we have no office anywhere else. A page named after a country is there because that is what somebody searches for before they fly, not because we are in it.
Nothing on them says anything about a country or the people in it. What is on them is our own published prices, our own rules, and one arithmetic fact about the clock.
Where a currency has a rate we can stand behind, the page shows an indicative conversion of each price with the date and the source beside it. Where it has not, the page says why rather than printing a figure it cannot support. Every booking is charged in pounds sterling, by card.

Who are these pages for?
Anybody flying into London who wants the price before they travel rather than after they land. Each page carries the published price from every London airport into central London, the time difference today, and what a family needs to know about seats, bags and child seats.
Are the prices in pounds?
Yes. Every booking is charged in pounds sterling, by card. Where a country’s currency has a rate we can stand behind, the page shows an indicative conversion with the date and the source beside it, and where it has not, the page says why rather than printing a figure it cannot support.
My country is not listed. Can I still book?
Yes. The pages are the countries we are asked for most often, not the countries we carry. Enter your two addresses in the form and you get the same fixed price, whoever you are and wherever you booked from.
What happens if my flight is late?
We ask for your flight number and watch the arrival. Your free waiting is counted from the moment the aircraft lands, not from the pickup time you chose, so a delayed flight does not cost you the car.
Where will the chauffeur be when I land?
Inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a name board, rather than at a car park or a pickup bay. Before you land you are sent their first name, their driver licence number and the registration of the car.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Cancel in your account. The refund is worked out from the version of the cancellation policy your booking was made under and shown to you before you confirm anything. To change a booking, use the "Request a change" link on it and we will reply.
