When you land
We ask for your flight number when you book and we watch the arrival, so a late landing moves the pickup rather than costing you the car. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a name board.
Going the other way, from The City to an airport, your chauffeur comes to the address you gave and telephones you if the kerb outside it cannot be used. Before either pickup you are sent their first name, their driver licence number and the registration of the car.

How do you decide which price my address gets?

Where does the chauffeur wait in The City?

What happens if my flight is late?
We ask for your flight number and watch the arrival. Your free waiting is counted from the moment the aircraft lands, not from the pickup time you chose, so a delayed flight does not cost you the car.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Cancel in your account. The refund follows the version of the cancellation policy your booking was made under, and you see it before you confirm. To change a booking, use the "Request a change" link on it.
